White-faced Scops Owl. Another new Species for Tumaren!

I was absolutely shocked to run into a White-faced Scops Owl on my last safari that started on June 24th.  In 15 years of walking through the same habitat and, in fact the same exact area I have never seen or heard a White-faced Scops Owl. In fact, besides one friend who told me that he had seen one on Sosian Ranch to our west, Ive never really even heard of other sightings in Laikipia.
