We are seeking a skilled and responsible Pool Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and chemical balance of the pool while assisting in additional hospitality duties as needed.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Pool Attendant to maintain the pool and its surrounding areas, ensuring optimal water quality and cleanliness. The successful candidate will also help maintain the gardens around the camp and, when necessary, assist waiters serving meals and drinks at the pool house.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular chemical readings of the pool and adjust chemical levels as needed.
Clean and maintain the pool and poolhouse to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
Maintain selected garden areas around the camp.
Assist waiters in serving meals and drinks at the poolhouse when required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to pool maintenance.
Qualifications:
Experience in pool maintenance, including water chemistry management.
Strong references demonstrating reliability and previous experience in a similar role.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospitality setting.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
