29 February: The Karisia team will be at Loisaba Tented Camp by 1600 to fit the bikes to each person and to check everyone’s kit. This is Nickson and David, the bike experts. Any final paperwork will be done here.

1st March:

The team will be ready with your bikes at 0700 at the Loisaba Tented Camp. The bags will be collected and put in the vehicle and you will set off for the morning, biking and enjoying the landscape. The first hill is the trickiest of the day and if anyone is NOT comfortable with this your bike can be driven to the river section where it flattens out a bit. Nickson and Gabriel are your guides for the trip and the vehicle and the mechanic David will follow behind in a vehicle. The ride is between 50 - 60 kms. En route the team will have snacks and refreshments for you.

You will arrive at your mobile tented camp that the Karisia team will have set up for you. You will be welcomed with cool drinks a delicious lunch and showers. In the afternoon relax and then head out on an evening walk with your armed guide. Full board accommodation in 3 single tents and one double tent. All drinks included.

1 - 3 March: Bike Safari to Borana Two camps will be set up along the way, one in the Tumaren Conservation area and one in the Lolldaigas. The camps will be set before beautiful views and showers and sundowners will be especially enticing after each day of biking. and a healthy but hearty lunch and dinner will also taste so much better. You will pedal in to Borana Lodge in time for lunch on the 3rd.

3rd March: Borana Lodge

You will be in the two family tents and in the afternoon go on a walk, game drive as you wish. Full board accommodation with drinks, conservation fees and activities included.

Borana celebrates the surroundings by being perfectly situated on a gentle slope that descends to the glorious Ngare Ndare river, less than a kilometre away.

4th March: The morning will be spent visiting projects. Late Lunch - has been included and we can ask for a pack lunch if this suits.

Afternoon flight with East African Air Charters to Wilson / JKIA airport where you will take a short drive to the Four Points Sheraton.

3 Day rooms have been booked at the Four Points to use before your evening flights.
