Biking Weekends on Tumaren

Tumaren offers some excellent mountainbiking and possibly some of the best biking around Laikipia because of our proximity to community lands with some excellent tracks groomed to perfection by bodabodas (motorcycles) traveling to market. Through luggas (dry riverbeds) and over hills these tracks connect to a matrix of routes to the north and east of Tumaren. The Mukogodo forest is another excellent choice and is within reach of cyclists ready for a longer cross country.

Bike Visitors sometimes use our camping areas or stay at Tumaren Camp, sometimes taking over the entire camp.
